Return & Refund Policy

The following conditions govern all transactions made through our website. We hold the right to revise these conditions without prior notice as necessary and exercise discretion in making final decisions concerning any issues that arise between us.


  1. Once you have completed the checkout process, you may make certain adjustments to the order by reaching out to us at within 12 hours. After this time, the order will be processed, and no further adjustments or cancellations can be made. Please note, should you cancel your order for any reason, a non-refundable payment fee of 6% will apply.
  2. Further to note:
  • Personalized items cannot be altered after the successful completion of the order.
  • You may alter the color and/or size of your ordered item unless this results in a price change.
  • To cancel any items from your order, contact us within 8 hours of placing it. Please note that this may affect any promotions applied to your order.


  1. Return Request Timeline:
  • You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The 30-day period starts on the date the item(s) were delivered.
  1. Instances for return requests:
  • If your order is inconsistent in quality (e.g., images, incorrect colors, defective items, etc.), we will take full responsibility and work with you to find the best solution.
  • If your order has not been delivered to your address within 30-45 working days from the date of your order.
  1. Any complaints about the quality or defects of our products must be sent to within 7 days of receiving the item, according to the tracking details. These complaints should be supported by sufficient evidence:
  • In case of a defective product: provide a photo of the defective part(s) of the product received.
  • In case of incorrect delivery (wrong model/color/size): provide a photo of the product received, particularly if the size doesn't match the order. For measurements that don't align with the size chart, a photo of the item being measured against a ruler is required.
  • Provide a photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.
ย  ย  ย  4. We will review your complaint and propose a suitable solution within two days of receiving your complete evidence.
ย  ย  ย  5. If your complaint qualifies for a return, we'll send a confirmation email. From the confirmation date, the return process will be carried out within 07 days by us. You can choose from two return methods:

a) Product Replacement

  • You can select any other product from our store to replace the old one.
  • The tracking number for the replacement product will be provided within 1-7 days from the start of production.

b) Refund

  • If your order is eligible, and you request a refund, we will refund you 100%.
  • After processing your refund request, it will take 3-5 business days to receive your refund, depending on your payment service provider.
  • If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
  1. Return Fee:
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
  1. Do not return your goods without our prior authorization under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any loss or expense arising from such actions. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at within 07 working days from the item receipt to discuss your complaint. Our customer support will assist in providing a replacement or refund if you qualify.


  1. You must provide all information and/or documentation related to your order(s) from our store when requested. We hold the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if fraudulent activity is detected, or refuse support if the necessary information or documents are not sufficiently provided.
  2. We are not liable for any loss or failure in shipment delivery due to: recipientโ€™s unavailability, incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery. Therefore, please ensure your information is correct before checkout. If you find any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us at as soon as possible for immediate support.
  3. We are not liable for a claim due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
